• Delivery and Shipping Costs

  The delivery price depends on the weight of the shipment and the price list of the courier service. For all orders above 12,000.00 RSD, delivery is free across the entire territory of Serbia.

  The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited. By ordering, you confirm that you are of legal age. We call for responsible consumption. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the purchase conditions are violated.

• Right to Withdraw (14 Days)

  In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, the buyer can withdraw from the purchase without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the product by filling out the form available on the website. The product must be returned unused and undamaged to the address: Novosadski put 30, Veternik 21203, Novi Sad. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. We will refund the paid amount no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal form.

• Complaints and Exchanges

  For an exchange, return the product undamaged and in its original packaging (the cost of return delivery is borne by the buyer). If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at 062/490-032 so we can resolve it as soon as possible.

• Governing Law

  The law of the Republic of Serbia applies to all disputes, and the court in Novi Sad has jurisdiction for resolution.
